What you share in the sessions remains respectfully within the session. You can rest assured that I take all the necessary steps to ensure and enhance confidentiality.
I am transparent regarding what information I need to store to enable working with clients and this is outlined in my privacy policy. There are some exceptions for legal and professional reasons where I am required to share information, and these are detailed in my privacy policy.
To further enhance security and confidentiality when using Zoom, I use a unique ID number with password embedded for each session. This is only shared with you the week of the session. I also use zoom’s waiting room function for you to enter before the session starts and I lock down the session once you are both present in the session.
